Best furniture store IN MY OPTION in Minneapolis, customer service is amazing. Delivery team is professional. Customer happiness is their priority. Furniture are great quality. They have amazing deals, you just need to look and find it. Moved to new place and starting from scratch got lot of furnitures with in couple of weeks. Where as most of the place has insane wait, I am guessing because of all this pandemic. I highly recommended to check this place. Good part is you can look, feel it and if you like it, they will delivery within a week(only if you choose to or you can pick it up anything you want). Couple of times, I had bad experience shopping online at other places, feels and looks totally different in real.

The Room and Board Outlet is a great place with friendly and cheerful staff. We have two sofas from here. They provide high quality goods, many of which are made in the USA. While the wait times can be deterring (I wish less people knew about this gem) - and this review probably doesn't help my case - we'll be returning for more.

Overrated and Overhyped. We got in line early to make sure we had the best chance of finding a couch we wanted. After making a loop through the outlet, it was clear to us that there wasn’t really anything setting this furniture, specifically couches, apart from anything you could find at one of the other furniture outlets in the area.nnIt might be worth going once if you want to see for yourself. Otherwise, don’t feel like you are missing out unless you know there is something in store that you want. The discounted prices seem fair for the quality, but I couldn’t imagine paying full price for anything I saw there. Some of the couches lacked stability (wobbled when shook), and the style and variety was just lacking.

It seems impossible to get anything timely from the retail store and if you are looking for something specific you can drive to the outlet, stand in line just to get in the door, and maybe, just maybe they have what you are looking for.nnI would happily buy from the retail store if I didn't have to wait until March.nnI wish the outlet would either have a better system of knowing whats 'in' or make it easier to find out. Because they don't have a good system in place I give them a D-.nnAnd please if you happen to have a full size steel bed frame let me know!

It is the best place to shop for furniture. This is why people are willing to waiting in line. It is worth the wait. Especially when you find that amazing must have piece of furniture.
