Absolutely great service! It was a pleasure working with the staff at Slumberland in St. Louis Park. Evan was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and no pressure was placed on us to purchase. We went in simply looking for a mattress and ended up purchasing two! Delivery was arranged and both the guarantee and return policy were explained. Truly a great experience. Slumberland has wonderful customer experience and pricing. I got a great couch for a great price. The customer service in the store was incredible. They were very patient. Also the Men who brought the couch to my condo were very quick and friendly. They said they would be here between 11-2 and got here at 11:10, and were gone in less then 10 minutes.

I found everything I was looking for in one stop at the Slumberland clearance store. After spotting an ottoman in my favorite color (not what I was looking for) and expressing disappointment that I could never find a couch in that color, the salesperson immediately got to work searching online for the matching pieces. I assured him I had already searched online and didn’t see anything. Well I was WRONG. An hour later I left with a sofa and loveseat in my favorite color ( pale aqua), the matching ottoman, a bed and side table to match a bureau I purchased there the year before, and a cabinet/TV stand! I had already spent weeks searching online and shopping other stores. Next time I’ll start at Slumberland and not assume I know what they have before I go. Many thanks to Tim - best non- salesey sales person ever!
