Yardbird

We were very happy with the customer service at Yardbird and purchased an Eden outdoor loveseat and two matching side tables. The Sunbrella cushions are deep and very comfortable, and the aluminum frame is sturdy and very well made. We highly recommend this Minnesota company for their environmental ethic and great staff.

I was drawn to Yardbird because of the quality and comfort of the patio furniture sold through their showroom, But I was greatly disappointed by the “white glove” service—prompt delivery, all packaging removed, furniture set in place. The window of delivery was too broad, and the delivery guys—contractors, not Yardbird staff—didn’t remove the cushions from their packaging. Within ten minutes I realized one of the cushions was wrong; I called the driver and demanded that he take it back, whereupon he responded in an abusive way and hung up. So I called Yardbird showroom, where I was told that I had to send an email with photo to their Customer Service—and not even to bother trying to call them. Which I did, and received a polite email a day later, but it took another three business days to have the right cushion delivered. Showroom, delivery, customer service—all three poorly coordinated, and the customer has to do the work of fixing their mistakes. How does this count as white-glove service? And then a further problem—the size of our purchase qualified us for free delivery, but the order had to be split into separate pieces (in stock vs. backorder) and the free shipping applied only to in-stock. I was told I’d have to drive to their warehouse 10 miles away to pick up the remaining merchandise. More smudges on ‘white glove” service. Don’t be fooled by the salespeople and the suave minimalist showroom into paying premium prices for such mediocre service.

Congratulations for catching my attention. But shame on you for tricking me. lol A restaurant I like in Vegas is called Yardbird when I saw your sign i was so exciting thinking they opened a location in Minnesota.... but I do need a new couch......

Adirondack chairs from Yardbird are very attractive and comfortable! They are easy to assemble. They are sturdy and heavy so they don’t get blown around on my deck, even with the winds off Lake Superior!

Yardbird offers truly exceptional top quality outdoor furniture with awesome design at an extremely reasonable price. Customer Service is also second to none! I couldn't recommend Yardbird more highly!
