I don't shop here often because I feel out of place in such a bougie store, but I went for the recent jewelry sale after being treated like penniless trash at an antique store in Hopkins. The older woman who showed me anniversary rings for my husband was very kind. She didn't presume to guess how much my budget was, and she didn't watch me like I was about to steal an egg out of her nest. She was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful, and I ended up spending more than twice what I'd planned on. My husband loves his ring, which was substantially marked down.

David F. In the men’s department made our shopping trip very pleasant. Not only did he help us find about 7 items my boyfriend really liked and ended up buying, he was super helpful, kind, and patient. You can tell he likes his job and provided outstanding customer service. This will definitely be our new go-to department for our wardrobe. Very clean store and well stocked, as well.
