Good for basics--a but disheveled with Covid right now.

This store seems smaller and less product selection. Much of the same stuff over and over. Out of a lot of sizes quite often...except size 2, 4, 16, S, XL. Jewelry selection is very small. It seems the only sales I see now are the buy one get one 1/2 off. They used have great sales and fun clothes. Not sure what happened.

Very well lit. Clean organized. Nice sales for the time of year. Much to choose from. Wide variety of departments. Good customer service. Awesome location

I was in, found better shoes that I had in mind and at a lower price, and out in five minutes. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Six stars is more like it!

The best part about Kohl's these days seems to be Amazon returns. Otherwise, I, yet again, got to the register with a product that rang up at a higher price than the display indicated it should have been, and, yet again, was unable to use that Amazon 25% off on a good that even the clerk was baffled about not being accepted. I regularly start off thinking I am going to get a good price, just to leave feeling like I have been swindled. On the bright side, the clerks have been pleasant and understanding (and as I said, seemingly as confused about their mistakes as I am) and the store seems clean and organized. Regardless, this is no longer one of my first choices in shopping experiences, and I can't recommend it to others without hesitation.
