I used to like going there. Used to be good massage and small talk. Now it's feels like they spend a lot of time putting on oils or lotion the massage is nice when there doing the massage but I was told $10 isn't enough of a tip for a hour massage and she told me this a few times

I had vivi as my personal and she was great also I used a grupon and was a great deal for the 60 minute massage

I purchased a massage off Groupon for my boyfriend, we had a hard to scheduling because the person who answered did not understand anything we we’re saying. She then asked for the coupon code over the phone which I told her no because if something didn’t work out I wouldn’t be able to get my refund. On the morning of the appointment the changing room doors did not close all the way. She took phone calls through out the massage making it hard to relax. She stopped multiple times and walked out the room leaving the door open. Also talked to her coworker for more than half the massage! When everything was finished and he was leaving she followed him out the building asking if he was going to give her a tip with a card or cash. That was embarrassing for him because she treated and talked to him as if he didn’t pay for the service he received. She then told him not to ever come back which he didn’t plan on doing again. Definitely 0 stars would not recommend

Do not bother buying a groupon from this establishment because they will treat you badly. I will report them to groupon, because they are unethical and use bad business practices. You will notice ALL the customers with a groupon have had similar bad experiences with this establishment in the reviews that is not a coincidence.nnIf you buy a groupon they will,nnRequire you to schedule up to two weeks away but if you're non-groupon they will service you right away, in fact they will give you a massage as a walk-in.nnIf you call them as a groupon customer to schedule an time, they will ask you to call back multiple times in an attempt to delay, delay, delay, and delay hoping you go away.nnI will NOT go back to this place and reccomned that you stay away and do business with another massage establishment that treats you right.
