THE BEST COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I was so pleased that I called AC Carlson and spoke to Matt for a new washer and dryer. Because of his excellent customer service, communication skills, professionalism, and appliance experience I bought the appliances over the phone. Everything from ordering, communication, to delivery (done in two days) was excellent 5 star service, Luke delivered our new appliances with the best attitude and professionalism I have seen in a long time. Luke and his helper were outstanding, they delivered, installed, and gave us a rundown of appliance operation. The best experience I have had in a long time with a company. We will be purchasing ALL appliances from AC Carlson in the future!!!! Thank you!!

By far the best appliance store in the state of Minnesota. My new GE Monogram refrigerator arrived today and talk about customer service. Dan Carlson showed up personally to make sure everything was delivered to my 100% satisfaction. I live in a DT condo which can be a tricky delivery. The Carlsons were more than happy to work with our building concierge on the delivery and made it seamless. They even arranged to have the installer arrive right away who set up the water line in 10 minutes. Don't even think about the crooks over at Warners Stellian and I mean crooks! My husband and I just took delivery of a new grill and microwave today. Our experience with AC Carlson was top notch in every way. First, Matt was very informative via text with information about grills. When we stopped in the store to eyeball them, he was extremely helpful - plenty of information and absolutely no hype or pushiness. Luke, the installer, brought Matt along to remove our old grill and install the new, as well as set up the microwave. They were good-natured, efficient and answered all our questions. I now know where we'll go in the future for any and all appliance purchases.

We just purchased a new washer and had it delivered. The price was competitive and the service was outstanding. The delivery was right on time and they hauled away the old unit. In and out in 15 minutes.
