Helpful but slow service. But that is what makes the e service so good. When it is your turn, you get all the attention and service you need. The store is marketing. The accessories are cool and actually desirable. The manager is very good. You will be happy with t mobile in this area.

I've been a customer of T-Mobile for years, and this was my first time visiting a store of T-Mobile. The associate was very nice and informinable about my questions. I will consider visiting this store for future inquires.

Hi. Was a very nice women Mgr. But we have to.wait for existing contract to exp. to make any changes. (Verizon is getting old, +their prices)

Will as of right now i have been weighting since 5-11-2016 for my new phone. but went in 5-13-2016 and was told i did not sing the paper work for my new phone. So at that time they sent it to me in a email got the Emil but was told i need a laptop or a disk to be able to complete the new contract so i did that the told me my new phone will be here in about 3 days or so.. But my wife call today to see the STATUS OF THE PHONE THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL HER IT'S ON BACKORDER AND THE PHONE WAS NEVER ORDERED UNTIL TO DAY BY MY WIFE... But now i am looking back and me just being a Dumb Texan the first Guy that took my order should of know the phone was not available But no i was misled know what i know now i would of never purchased this phone from you. I have a hard time understanding how your employees can be so incompetent not know how to see that something is on back order..Then today you had the audacity to ask my wife to pay for overnight shipping for my phone in my opinion it should you doing everything to please your Customer BUT YOUR NOT How did you become a Franchise Owner did you all not receive adequate training prior to you buying a Franchise... BUT THE END RESULT YOU NEED TO LOCATE ME A PHONE ASAP THE ONE I REQUESTED AND PAYED FOR I AM A FIREFIGHTER THIS PHONE IS MY LIFE LINE FOR MY JOB.....!!!!! I KNOW YOU HAVE ABILITY TO PURCHASED FROM SOME OTHER STORE I NEED THIS PHONE FOURTH WITH, I WILL GIVE YOU 3 DAY TO FIND MY PHONE BECAUSE I KNOW THERE ARE SOME AVAILABLE.GET ONE FROM ANOTHER STORES DON'T CARE HOW IT HAPPENS. On last little thing i know how it works if i call T Mobile Corporate and how much they Charge back to you for me calling them or send a litter this is now way a threat.Its just but the runaround you all have given me and my wife is just BS sorry but its true are treatment at your store and there incompetence is appalling if they were in my fire school the would be kick out the only one the new some what. what was going on was the GIRL Sales Clerk..
