Scott is awesome!! Although the chick with pink eyes shadow tries to act like she knows she really just messes stuff up! Lane is right there with Scott though!! Good job boys!!!

The guys working were funny, friendly, and helpful. I'd read prior reviews and was leery of going here. Was pleasantly surprised! I'd definitely recommend this store!

I am very disappointed. I have wasted so much gas and had to drive to two different stores, that say they are open, for no one to be there. I am very disappointed, and I have a bill with them to pay today!

I got a new phone and they were suppose to switch my contacts and my pictures from the old phone to the new one. It was still suppose to be downloading when we left. I told them the contacts and pictures were VERY important to me. Some could never be replaced. I got home and checked my phone and had no contacts or pictures at all. I called the store and the girl (the manager) told me she would put the phone up and I could come the next day and she would put them on my phone. I told her how important they were to me and I would be there for sure. Well when I arrived at the store someone else was working and knew nothing about it. She called the manager and she told her to tell me that it had reset to factory and wiped everything off. I was devastated. I had the last pictures taken of me and my son right before he passed away not long ago. THEY CAN NEVER BE REPLACED. She didn't even have the guts to tell me she was sorry or to even talk to me. I have phone numbers that can't be replaced either. I am so very upset about this. My son was 53 and died with cancer after a hard battle for a year. My picture meant so very much to me. I am not sure if I will even stay with this company any more. I sure wouldn't recommend them at this point. The manager still hasn't called to say she was sorry. Not good business! BAD

Just went to this store because my phone's screen blacked out on a phone that was replace in July and the representative (blonde weave) was awful told me that it may be a defect in the phone which is not my fault she stated I had to pay 15$ when I just had my phone replaced didn't try to trouble shoot or help see what the problem was... No eye contact was made she just was standing there fidgeting with a box and tape metro just lost a customer because of her
