This place is AMAZING! Anytime people visit we make sure to take them here because you can’t go wrong with anything you order! The food is insanely good and the staff is top notch. Some of my favorites are the fried green tomato blt, the chili, and the shrimp po boy sandwich (massive). Jeff is always a friendly face behind the register and all the other folks seem really great too! Do NOT forget to stop into the bakery attached as well! They have some of the best cookies I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of cookies in my day. Plus there are always fresh loaves ready to go incase that will please anyone if you bring it to a dinner party etc. Hope you enjoy!!!

Great historical eatery and bakery. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Some different items in the bakery case make you want to try them all! Quality products.nThe deli part of the bakery has large menu....portions are average to small. The BLT fried green tomato sandwich...was disappointing. The sourdough bread was cut too thin and was smashed to paper thin.....two tiny slices of tomato and thin piece of lettuce.....would need to eat three of these to equal one half a great tasting stuffed sub from Publix and for less money!

Been to deli restaurants across America and this one in Paducah ranks at the top for quality and quantity of their freshly made sandwiches as well as the tasty bakery next door. I will return whenever I'm traveling through the area. All they need is a NY style cheesecake like Junior's in Times Square NYC and I'm dazzled.

THE TOURISTS GUIDE:nThe BAKERY and the DELI are two different places. Both on SECOND street by the Marketplace. The BAKERY opens at 7:00 most days. The DELI opens at 11:00.nnThe BAKERY has great breads, pastries, and Quiches for breakfast. All quite delicious.nnSmall tables on the sidewalk are perfect for a Covid-safe treat.nnThe BAKERY is at #116.... the DELI is at #114nnThe STREET name (Marine) is the alley behind them. Enter from SECOND STREET.
