I experienced my first float at my first visit to Awaken. I used the Cabin which is very spacious and inviting. I choose to keep the lights on which change with multiple colors. I was very relaxed and lost track of time.nnThe staff was super-helpful from providing information over the phone and instructing me on the floating procedure.nnI sat in the waiting area for a little while and I could tell that Awaken has a good vibe. I will be returning.
Absolutely love the infrared saunas! In my opinion, the infrared saunas are my most effective and favorite form of self care second only to exercise! Wonderfully accommodating staff, flexible booking options on the Mind Body app, and always an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend taking advantages of at least one of their services—I discovered the infrared saunas via Groupon 5 years ago and never stopped using them!
I love the infrared sauna experience, and the new sauna in Room #3 is great. The staff is always very helpful and nice. The setting is also soothing and relaxing. I've been a member for years and always look forward to my sauna time. I've already sent several people your way!
After my infrared sauna appointments, I feel so relaxed but ready to take on my day. The staff are always friendly and helpful! Very clean facility, it always has been! I would highly recommend going to Awaken for Wellness for any service you need.
I really enjoyed the float therapy. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and explained the float session really well since this was my first time. All in all a great experience.
