The infrared sauna is a great add on to any wellness program. My skin and overall health has improved since I started the sauna sessions. Even once a week shows noticeable improvement. I feel like a million bucks after. It's even better when the weather cools off.
I love the saunas at Awaken for Wellness. My skin always feels great after and I feel clean from the inside out. The building is always clean and quiet. Every time I go I feel like it's a mini-vacation. Be sure to bring a CD to listen to!
I had Eleanor be my massage therapist there. She was so nice. She didn't talk to me like a hairdresser would. She only really talked to me to tell me what she was doing and ask if what was going on was okay or if I needed more or less pressure. I would totally go back for her. Also, the owner guy, was SUPER nice.nnAsk for her!
I have been going to SweatWorks Studio for 6 months and my doctor could not believe how my blood pressure dropped! I have been more relaxed and recovering from the pain of an old injury. I attribute all of this to the use of the infrared sauna. I love it! I try to make it routine to visit twice a week or go consecutive days for a good detox and pain relief.
I was so impressed when I called and was giving so much great information and the benefits of using sauna.
