Wonderful service, fantastic products. Our salesperson, Elizabeth, was very knowledgeable and understood that we were looking for a quality sofa. We ended up purchasing a floor model sofa and loveseat at an incredible price. My one complaint is that they don't deliver floor models to my area but with the deal we got, I'm okay with it. We will definitely be buying from them in the future.

I mean it's ok. However we have had nothing but issues with getting our order. They brought the wrong furniture even though it was cancelled. The delivery guy cut the electrical plug when putting together the recliner and didn't say anything. Just up and left knowing that the chair wouldn't work. Contacted the store and was told the replacement chair would come with the furniture we had changed on our order. It didn't show up and when we called them they never got back to us, only sent my dad a replacement electrical cord for the chair. It's been a nightmare and I would never recommend the place.

The store was clean and well lit. Furniture and the store layout was well thought through. Service, although slow to be greeted was great and the sales person (owner) was easy to deal with and had answers to all of my questions. He was accommodating, confident, and very professional. I will visit again when the need arises...

Worst experience ever with the financing department. They cannot explain anything in regards to payments and paying off merchandise. Michelle Myers, department manager at Portsmouth, Ohio store actually hung up while I was simply asking questions. She obviously is unfit to perform her duties as she could not even answer simple questions. I am advising any and all parties to steer clear of Big Sandy moving forward. I granted (1) star for the salesman (Brian) at the Maysville store for his assistance.

I spent 5,300 on 2 leather Flex Steel couches and I don’t even know where to start. They bring the couches and both of them were tore. I have already sold ours and take it we had nowhere to sit in the living room. I agreed to keep one if they knock off 300 dollars so they did and I sent the other one back because it looked like it has been in a meat grinder. After waiting for our other one we get it and it is broke the day they bring it. Have to wait for service to fix something that was broke when we received it. Then they give me a used battery pack that cost 250.00 that don’t even work. I have had nothing but junk from this store. I will make the drive to Lexington to another furniture store the next time, it would have been a lot cheaper, I would recommend you do the same, save you a whole lot of hassle and headache. And if they say they can’t find my invoice like they did the other ones on here, I will post it!. Everything in this post is true and accurate.
