Many thanks to Kathie in Eagan! She was very helpful (and patient) as we went into the store with many questions and all over the place with the available choices. She was great at guiding us and giving us space and time to decide while always being available to look up details for us. We will definitely be back, and definitely when Kathie is working.
I went in to take a look at a sofa/loveseat combo that I had seen online.nBecause of COVID, the color I wanted was discontinued. Kathie took me back to another sofa, on sale... and I fell in love.nBetter quality and style than my online choice.nThe set I ended up buying was more... but considering I got it for over half off...it was a great deal.nExcellent sales and service. Highly recommend.
Had a decent selection of items, certainly better than some other locations. Staff was a bit clingy and raced to greet us so they could get a possible sale. We were approached by no less than 5 employees and when they found out they were not first, they walked away without caring to ask if we had any questions. Nothing is in stock (not the fault of Slumberland) so almost everything needs to be special ordered. The orders now take 4 months!!

I recently ordered all new furniture for my place. Erick was my sales guy at the Eagan store and he is amazing. Because of COVID and the factories being at a lower worker capacity, there are some delays on items. He worked with me to find items that would be here sooner, but also staying within a price range I was comfortable paying.
