Mountain View did a great job with my mother’s services. Megan took things off our plate right away, and Crystal was available throughout the whole process to answer any questions. They gave us ideas for the services, helped us prioritize, and in general just made things easier during a difficult time. We are very appreciative of their patience and the extra efforts put forth to make sure our family was doing okay, even after the funeral.
We are very thankful for Memorial Mountain View Mortuary. They took great care of my mom by helping her look her best. While it is not ideal to have a funeral during COVID, they were able to help create a wonderful day even within the state restrictions. Crystal was wonderful. It felt like we were working with a close friend rather than a stranger.
Thanks so much for the attention to every detail. We were concerned to bother you on Sunday following our mothers passing, but Elizabeth was so kind in her approach, and then arrived with Jeremy to carefully take the body out tight quarters. Melanie anticipated our every need to as we planned the service, meeting our requests, but also suggesting possibilities. Megan handled the service so well, again meeting all our needs. They even provided a mother's treat at the interment. Thanks for helping us go through this without a hitch.
They guided us through the process of saying goodbye to our mother with care and dignity. We really appreciated the help with a keepsake program for the service and being able to share the service through zoom. Every person at Memorial Estates treated us with kindness.
My family and I would like to say our heartfelt thanks to the Mountain View Staff. Every detail was attended to with care and compassion. Your kindness at this time will always be remembered. Crystal was always there when we needed her and anticipated our needs even before we did.
