Very rude person that owns this place ...I had an appointment set up with a person that was coming out to look at my fireplace for over a week. They called me at 1 1/2 hours before they were due to arrive...and cancelled...not postponed but cancelled. She said I could go someplace else that she didn't care. She then hung up. WOW!!
