We had a great experience with Chris picking out a mattress for my elderly father. He guided us to a mattress that fit our requirements (no springs, adjustable, not super pricey). We had one ordered in no time. It arrived quickly in the store and we were able to get my dad all set up with a comfy new bed. Chris was great to work with. Highly recommend Mattress Firm in Baxter!
Chris at the Baxter, Mn location took a lot of time in helping us decide what mattress would be our best choice. He gave us great information and accommodated is in a delayed delivery date. Quite possibly the best experience ever!! I'm pretty picky and I'm pretty sure we got exactly what we needed. Manager was very friendly and very helpful, we tried many beds and he helped us find the perfect one!! Went and look at a few other places and nobody even helped us so that sold us to go back and purchase from you also. Thank you for being amazing!
The folks at Mattress Firm in Baxter are super helpful and friendly. We needed a whole new bed for our cabin same day and Chris made it happen. We also saved a ton of money by going there. It felt more like making a friend than a major purchase.
Excellent experience purchasing a Purple mattress. Our salesperson, Willard, was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. The entire process was quick and efficient. I love that they can deliver in less than a week!
