Pharmacy tech Cole and Pharmacist resident Erik were wonderful to work with!nThe provider prescribed two antibiotics for my daughter (oral solution and otic drops) and sent them to the Cloquet Wal-Mart pharmacy. There was an unexpected issue with my insurance and my daughters prescriptions were not covered. The total was almost $400 for both antibiotics.nErik called the facility and spoke with the provider for alternative ear drop that would cost less. Cole recommend trying Goodrx to lower the cost even more......my total without insurance was $24.00.nThey go above and beyond for the customer. Can't thank them enough.

Pharmacist was very rude. Told me I had to be counseled on all my medication I was picking up, even when I said I was familiar with them all and did not need it. She wasn’t going to give me them until she went over every single direction on them. Not only was I tired, sore and just wanting to get home, dealing with a rude individual who had no idea what I was going through, her rude behavior only added to the already horrible day I was having.nI understand that some people need to be counseled on medications and have questions but not all of us. She just assumed I needed to be based off my age or was just being nosy.nFuture reference, I’ll go to target where they actually are nice and kind.

Screen on pin pad was junk for self check out and the employees here dont move with a purpose. The check out scanner kept goofing up when I was scanning my items. I WILL NEVER BE BACK

Never been treated so rudely before and in front of my teen daughter! Even she made the comment how incredibly awful they treated me as we left. Never going there again. They left me feeling bad for the rest of the day!

When I call to refill a prescription they have it ready in 30 minutes or less every time
