Never have I had a better experience while shopping for mattresses. Brett was incredible to deal with. His level of customer service was surprising. I bought 2 queen plush-top mattresses and a frame from him at a very competitive price. At the time of the purchase, he only had one of the two mattresses that i ordered. This concerned me because my son was coming home from college the following week for Thanksgiving. I had asked Brett to do all he could to try and have them delivered before that. He promised he would. 2 days later, I got a call from the delivery guys (which also provided stellar service). My beds were delivered and setup well before my son got home. In conclusion, promise kept and exceeded. I can't thank you enough! The brand of mattress that we purchased was Symbol. Although we had never heard of that brand before this, we definitely like them. When I need a new mattress or hot tub, I will be coming back. Nice job all around! Thank you.
This is a great place to buy your new mattress. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and they are not pushy. They don't hover and they encourage you to test the beds in the store. They offer free local delivery. They have a huge selection of 2 sided mattress as well
