Super fast, friendly, and easy! My significant other and I had been shopping around quite a bit for the right place to purchase our new mattress. Was an easy experience, my salesman just kept changing the mattress to let me try out all my options. It's not easy to buy a bed but he asked me a lot of questions and came up with a couple of good choices and narrowed it down pretty quickly. They also have the bed in stock so they can deliver it in short amount of time. Plus it has 120-day guarantee so I can exchange it if I'm not liking it. It made the process so easy. And I am so excited and looking forward to a great night sleep.
Friendly staff, don’t pressure you to buy from them. We even got a quote and felt no pressure to purchase when we said we would discuss the price at home and be sure we were getting what we wanted. He was very understanding we went back the next day and made the purchase. They greet you and find out exactly your looking for and the price your comfortable with so they can make sure your going to be satisfied with the beds they show you. Will go through mattress firm for future purchases.
Nathan was extremely helpful and very patient with us. We had come into the store 3 different times to be sure we were going to be satisfied with our purchase of a new bed. Never felt rushed or pushed into anything. We feel highly confident in our purchase. Nathan was very knowledgeable and helped us to pick the perfect mattress to fit our needs.
This was our first, ever visit to a Mattress Firm store. We were planning to just do a little price shopping, but came away with a new mattress. Their sales rep, Nathan, was very knowledgeable about all their products and we never felt pressured in any way. We are extremely happy with our purchase and experience with this company.
