My father had schedule his complementary free stretch with them on 11 November, 2020. He took his free trial stretch, and signed contract for 3 months in good faith. His trial stretch aggravated his back & neck pain and after couple days he was not able to get up from the bed. He called them frequently updating situation, still they charge $220.00 without taking any stretch session after free trial session.....this is ludicrous . Their employees are not professional and inexperienced. I won't recommend them.

I love going to the Strech Zone, I feel sooo much better after a session, the staff is great and knowledgeable and love what they do. My body misses everyone in Livonia and I can’t wait to go back.
