Elyse seemed knowledgeable and walked my husband through pillow choices. However the pillow we received is SUPER thin and doesn’t look like the same thickness as the one he tried. While he seems to be doing okay with the pillow, it has created new issues. Now he snores every night and he needs a pillow for his knees. Just be sure before you buy-no returns on pillows.

Elyse was the most helpful ever. We have been trying tempurpedics in town at regular bed stores and drove an hour to a store to try them all. A split king is no small purchase but she took so much time and explained all of the difference s and options. She and the store were worth an hour drive!
