We walked in and Bliss greeted us and asked if we needed anything. She was super patient and sweet with all my kids! I love that she gave us space when we were looking around and was not pushy at all!! Bliss was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions quickly. She was a very honest and reliable sales rep. I am thankful that we bought our furniture from her. Bliss is the BEST!

This furniture store is a night mare , I went in to purchase a couch for my new home and I was unsure about the one I picked so I put money down just to hold the pricing , the sales rep toldnMe if I had found something else I liked and needed a refund I could come back no problem and receive a refund .nni asked should I use a card or cash they said it didn’t matter if get back same way . So I used cash.Not even a week later I found something else with free shipping and the delivery timing was great , so I proceed to go into store and get my refund .nnThe customer service rep told me it would take a week for me to receive my refund it will come in check form because it was policy because it was over 100 dollars in cash. This is no where on the receipt nor was she able to show me where it states that I asked for corporate telephone she was very rude as well don’t shop here they are misleading and just want a sell . They care less about how your home looks.

We walked and and got greeted by Gloria Rodriguez. We're so glad we worked with her because you can tell she's highly experienced with furniture. She helped us transform our newly renovated homes. She helped us pick out the furniture that made most sense for our family. We needed style, durability, and tones. Gloria was professional and charismatic. We will be recommending Value City and Gloria to all of our friends and family. Thank you for making a large purchase a great experience!

Value City Furniture is an amazing place to buy furniture and more. The representatives, associates, and management all have great communication skills and excellent customer service. One the managers by the name of Christina exuded a great amount of patience and was very kind while choosing a table set to purchase. She was knowledgeable as well. My table set is amazing and a perfect fit for my home. I will most definitely come to this store location again to purchase more items.

Please be sure to see Maureen Higgins.nShe is the best Salesperson in the State of Michigan. I bought furniture from her eight years ago, she remembered me and the furniture I bought was fabulous. As usual this shopping experience was very cost saving.nShe is very patient , informative and knowledgeable on whatever your looking for.
