Working with Brenda and Kelly was nothing short of amazing. They both were so very accommodating and great to work with. The awesome added perk of having Kelly come out to our house and help us visualize the couch along with rugs/tables etc was beyond helpful! We ended up going with a completely different set up than what we fell in love with at the store and are even more excited for the delivery of all our new furniture now!! We will definitely be coming back for all of our future house decor and furniture needs!
Had a great experience purchasing our family room furniture. The store designer came out to our house to ensure the upholstery we selected would work for our color palate, and made sure the furniture wouldn't be too big for room. She then created a 3D image of what our room would look like once completed. This was so helpful when making a purchase you will have for many years. I can't wait to receive delivery!
Seriously the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.
It was very busy in the store but once I was waited on the service was excellent. The city of Novi needs to make access to the store better since Chic fille moved in front the traffic is horrible. I can see the store losing customers because they can’t get into the lot. Once you get in you will be pleasantly surprised at how courteous and professional the workers are. They will work with you and give you thorough and complete information on your furniture needs. I appreciated the honesty about a availability of getting furniture to you. Let’s not forget the quality of the furniture.
My wife and I went to the Lazy Boy showroom in Novi and were greeted by our salesmen Bruce. He did a great job showing us what furniture fitted our needs. We felt very comfortable right from the start and he answered all our questions. We knew right away with the quality of furniture along with the knowledge of Bruce we needed to to look no where else. After picking out our furniture Bruce set up a personal appointment with our designer Kelly a week later. Kelly was simply outstanding in her choices of fabric and a rug to go with with our new furniture. Her computer model of our home had all the perfect detail on how our furniture would fit in the living space. She spent 2 hours with us and we were never hurried. Furniture shopping can be stressful however in our case it was a very enjoyable experience. Outstanding work out of the Lazy Boy team!nnMitch and Sandy Lodge
