Not surprised to be ushered out because I wore a mask not up to their standards apparently, but the rest of the mall had no issue with it! Won't be shopping at this establishment any time in the future.
Manager needs to get their store together. No clear direction on curbside pickup and employees aren’t able to properly share directions. Please add specific curbside instructions to Google.
Apparently they ignore black people in store and on social media. I made a visit yesterday when an associate walked out of the back room and addressed to white ladies, but walked right passed me.nI go to Twitter about the issue and got no response.nProbably not the best place for black shoppers.
The new temporary location is a waste of time. Very small with very limited inventory, I miss the Somerset location. Also, Twelve Oaks mall is awful.
I love their stuff, but the place is so small. It feels crowded.
