Just had my newly reupholstered couch delivered this morning! AMAZING! My initial meeting with Ann was wonderful. She asked questions to determine my needs and explained why she was suggesting a certain fabric. When they dropped it off Ann explained proper care - cleaning, vacuuming, pet issues, etc. And when they tell you they'll be to your home at a certain time, they do in fact show up on time! It was a great experience, I'll use them again, and I highly recommend their services. I'm attaching a before and after so you can see the remarkable quality in their workmanship.

Carol and Ann were wonderful to work with and exceeded my expectations. I had a barrel swivel chair that I bought used and always meant to have reupholstered. It looks better than new, and feels much more comfortable as well. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be calling on them for any future projects.

Carol's Upholstery Team did a spectacular job on re-upholstering my chairs. I really love the chairs and just wanted to re-fresh the fabric and color. Also, Ann was extremely helpful in guiding on fabric selection; she was great to work with.

I have purchased several vacuums from them over the course of five years, I have went to the new location three times over the last two weeks and they were not open.
