Been wanting a new mattress for a long time now but have never shopped for one. Went in today and Levon helped us find exactly what we were looking for super quick! He was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Will have my new mattress in 2 days and it was cheaper than we expected with the deals the have! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ray made it super simple for my boyfriend and I to purchase a bed! He helped us from the moment we walked through the door until we left. Levi was also there for nearby assistance as well helping whenever he was needed. Ray was kind enough to search for every possible financial assistance solution that he felt would benefit us in our purchase until he gave us an offer that we simply COULD NOT REFUSE!! The bed will be delivered in less than 2 weeks delivery and WE ARE SO EXCITED!!
Thorough knowledge, across multiple brands. They have several mattresses for temp/test lay-down to become familiar with brands, terminology and dis-similarities. In a rush? Many mattress sets can be picked up next business day at their warehouse. You can thank me later. Cheers!
After looking for a mattress for about 6 months, we told Ray at the Novi mattress firm what we were looking for and the first mattress he put us on was a perfect match. Very knowledgeable and gave great advice and insight. Was not pushy and was very kind and friendly. I've hated mattress shopping up until now but Ray made the experience pleasant.
