This was by far the most amazing experience I've ever had at a home depot. There was a manager by the name of Stephanie. She went so above and beyond to help me solve a very unique problem that I haven't been able to figure out. Outstanding!!! Well done!!
Home Depot stepped up its game about 5 years ago, they now seem a notch above Lowe's. But both of them have good selection, fair prices, and great return policies. And both are dog friendly!
I actually live 5 minutes from the Home Depot store on Middlebelt and will make the drive to the Plymouth location. The staff are nicer and the store is cleaner, I would even say after visiting 90% of the Home Depots in southeast Michigan this is one of the better ones. Other then superior service and cleaner atmosphere it's a typical Home Depot.
This store is usually pretty clean. Although they may not always have what I'm looking for, the people here are nice and are usually happy to help you. One of the guys in the plumbing department cut a pvc pipe for me today into the lengths I needed and I couldn't have left happier because of it. The people here are what make this place great.
Not happy with the depot right now. They didn't have the lamp I went there for. Then I wanted blinds installed a.s.a.p. but they informed me that they don't sell black blinds anymore.
