I ordered online and picked up inside. Close parking, immediate service, out the door in less than five ud83dudd90 minutes. Very convenient.
I placed an online order on Nov 13. I was charged for both items immediately. Part of my order was received, but the other item was not. A FedEx tracking number was issued, but was never activated. I tried BBB online chat, spent over an hour on the phone with them only to have them tell me my order and been delivered. I called the customer service number, and they said they would issue a replacement order and gave me an reference number. You can't track orders with a reference number. I still haven't received my item, so I called again, and was told my order had been lost, and that another replacement order would be sent. I was given another reference number. I will never order another online item from BBB.
Nice place to one stop shop!! loaded up all my family with nice presents for xmas.
Picked up some small things for my new place. Got everything I needed: modern chrome curtain rods, kitchen sink drain stopper, essential oil diffuser, etc. A bit of an eclectic list but it was good price and excellent quality.
