Found everything I needed except for some reason there were no frozen fruits of any kind. Lines were short, prices were pretty decent. Got a great deal on cat litter. Store was clean and not too crowded. Nice place.

The greeter was rude, which I let go. I wanted to see if this specific store was one I wanted to shop at before getting a membership again.nnI walked around, asked the greeter where I could sign up, he pointed me to his cart and so I looked at those brochures -- none of which had anything to do with membership. I asked him again and he pointed me to the membership area.nnThe store was admittedly busy; however, there was ONE person in front of me in line at the membership counter, I waited for 20 minutes (I looked at the time on my phone when I got in line) and I left. Note that while waiting in line I asked for an information or sign-up brochure about 10 minutes in as I already knew what kind of membership I wanted.nnI normally have no problem waiting in line, especially if it's busy, but given that the greeter was rude twice and the people at the counter all seemed to have tunnel vision, I decided it was time to leave.nnPatience is a virtue, but at the same time we are also only given one life and we should not waste the time we are given.nnUpdate February 20, 2020: I have since been to this store a number of times since this review and have had a completely different experience. I am not sure it was a change of management, policy, staff, or blind luck. Since my impression had changed I am updating the rating.

I like Costco; I always find deals on things I need and want. They were well stocked and busy but the lines moved fast because they had plenty of staff to help you find things and to help you unload at checkout. They had plenty of PPE items like masks and Lysol disinfectant spray and gloves. They also have raised their prices on produce and meat items; but they had plenty of it. Well worth trip.

Of about half a dozen COSTCO outlets I have been to this far, this is the best with respect to three things: service, goods and the speed with which you can check out despite having large crowds.nService: COSTCO personnel working at this outlet are really knowledgeable about what is kept where. When they don't know, they will find out and let you know. Couple times when I needed to purchase either Hershey's chocolate syrup or Sparkling Apple Cider, not only did Ashley quickly look it up, but also went to that section and got me these items...nGoods: so far I have not had any issue with the quality of anything I have bought here. Everything has been first rate and top quality. They do a good job of quality control of their goods. As I buy only vegetarian food/stuff, all these comments pertain to veg items.nSpeed: in these times of COVID-19 pandemic, the less time you spend in crowded areas, the better it is, to prevent the spread of the disease. I have always been able to go in, get what I want to buy, not wait too long in lines, and be able to get out within minutes...nOverall, on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best, this COSTCO outlet gets 5 in all departments...
