so apparently they close 30 minutes early due to “staff” but there were 5 people behind the counter. Don’t know if that’s understaffed i just think it’s odd that there are no signs and turning away multiple customers. Looked like they just wanted to get out on a friday night because by 7:00 the staff had their coats on.

I understand that this is a popular place, but that doesn't excuse waiting almost an hour for a tiny, flat disgusting classic Cinnabon. I waited because I drove there solely to get a Cinnabon. They were obviously overwhelmed by the number of customers they had in their last hour of business because they gave me a Cinnabon that obviously hadn't been given the proper proofing or time to rise. It was flat and small, tasting of a dry chunk of yeasty dough rolled in cinnamon and sugar. The icing couldn't even help me take another bite. I'll definitely think again before driving for such a disappointment.
Very friendly and fast pace. If you don't want to wait then don't come out because it is very busy, but worth the wait :)
