The soup and bread were the same, as always. The service (even though we ordered from the self serve kiosk) was actually much better than most these days. The lady at the pick up counter was polite and seemed cheerful.
I love panera's unlimited coffee subscription. great while you travel.
Had a large order of 11 items and a coworker that ordered a coffee for pickup. Someone took the coffee from the pickup area but Susan was kind enough to give me a dark roast coffee and help me carry the food to my car. Great customer service
By far the friendliest staff at any panera I have ever been to! I come here way more often and I should, the drive thru staff is always very welcoming and happy, and they are very quick considering the volume if customers they see on a daily basis! Even when they are out of an item they are very helpful and willing to find a substitute. I stop by here almost every day on my way into work, its always a great way to start my day. :)
They messed up 3 out of four dishes (missing tomatoes, cilantro, extra sauce) and managed to oversalt one soup and diluted the other.nAnd, nobody wipes tables here.nGo to the Northville location if you can!
