I am new to this location and absolutely love this Panera. The manager Renee is by far the most patient and accommodating in the food industry.nnTheir baked goods are always fresh no matter what time we order from morning until evening.nnThis Panera is the only location that I will continue to eat at & it’s been weekly now.
I had faith in this Panera at first, but the last few visits I have gone and my salad is not even half way full. It looks like a small handful of the worst lettuce. The lettuce is barely green, more of a yellow, white and brown. I am not sure who is making the salads with the you pick two, but they need to do a quality control check. The food here is too expensive for the lack of quality and care. Go to the next place, pay half the price and get 10x better service and quality control. I am giving this a 2 star because the other items I order are correct and taste good, but the salads have taken a turn for the worst.
The food is usually good. The salads are really good. Store can be messy at times. But there isn't enough meats on their sandwiches for the high prices.
Even though wearing our masks prevented my order from being heard correctly, they made it right and credited the mistake immediately. My soup was hot and my salad was crispy, good lunch today!
Drive through is pretty fast. Wish there were more vegan options
