The manager Gregory i think hung up on me yelled at me and refused to rent to me again because i went to another store. I went to the warren store because they where more professional. He talked to me like i cheated on him LOL can't wait for his boss to call me back Monday morning. And i still got what i need, i feel bad for the other employees when this store get closed because of the emotional management. He told me he owned the rent a center i wonder if the company knows that LOL..nVery ud83dude20
