Chris and his team were great! They didn’t rush to ensure that the job was done properly. Their craftsmanship and dedication really surprised me for the cost. They truly care about the end result being something that will last a long time and look great! They took on a big job replacing my entire main electric line and moving/replacing my entire circuit box. They ran the line the best way they could through the attic; which was no easy job. He came out right away and guided us the whole time too. I highly recommend prime electrical services!
We called around many companies, but Chris had the answers to all our questions from the get go. We hired them to wire our full house top to bottom as well as to install pot lights throughout. They completed the work with regard to every detail and with great care which gave us a piece of mind. They communicated with us every step of the way. Contacted Carter's Electrical Services to install a switch for our garbage disposal and troubleshoot some issues we experienced with outlets in the kitchen. They were able to install a new switch and determine the original switch was not properly installed by the previous owners creating issues with some of the outlets in the kitchen. They were able to fix the issue and install the switch in a little over an hour. The electrician was super professional and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue permanently. We will definitely be using their services again for future projects.
Great experience working with Chris and his team at Carter's Electrical Services! We had an outlet to install in our laundry room in the basement, and a number of other miscellaneous jobs around the house to correct electrical issues left by the previous homeowner. The work was performed in a clean and efficient manner at a fair price, and there was great communication throughout the process from the first call to the time they left our home. Will definitely call them for other electrical needs in the future.
Chris was very thorough on the details of the install so I would know what to expect. I had specific requests on the install and he was very accommodating. His installers were professional and respected my home and did all necessary processes to protect the areas in my house in which that had to access in order to complete the install.
