Purchased a bed Nov 16, 2020 would not be delivered until November 22nd or 23rd. I paid a month upfront. The bed is hard not worth the money so i asked them to pick it up.They expect me to pay another month on a bed I am not sleeping on.My month is not over yet I will not be putting another dime into this cheap Bed.They were not concerned with my complaint just kept pressuring me to make a payment on a bed there making me wait a week to pick up.
Terrible place this has turned into ordered a couch missing the center cushion waiting 4 months while making my payments it's not like the old arrons
Everyone is polite and helpful. I basically have my whole house furnished thru them
My husband and I have financed from a couple places and Aaron's really is the best way to go, they have a super easy pay-off if you choose to early great if not they give you a fair amount of time to pay it off monthly. I really do feel that Aaron's really value there customers happiness.
