The installer was great! Our initial estimate was questionable. Came out and said he would call with the price in a few days and we heard nothing for weeks. When we called he said he called a few days later and left a message. We had nothing on either of our phones. Nothing was broken down to individual prices. We were told that the moldings were going to match and be replaced then when the installer came he said that the original moldings would be tore off and replaced. Husband helped with a lot of the work and still was the same price. Be careful and make sure it lists everything in detail as our mistake we did not. We do love the floor itself.

I had to get a replacement piece of carpet. Gary looked it up from my builders original order and had kept it ready for pickup.

I have used this company for all my flooring in numerous homes over the last 30 years. Yes they’re a little more expensive than the big box stores but their installers are the best and that what makes all the difference.
