My first waxing was good, however after attempting a second time around. She supposedly attempted to call my number to cancel my appointment. After we reviewed what my phone number was multiple times. Then tried to re schedule, very lack of communication. Then on her groupon deal she stated that it was a 1 time use only, which is not listed on the promotion at all. Will not ever be returning. Idc how good the waxing was the first time, the professionalism and customer service lacked! Disappointed because I thought I found my great salon. Will be on the search for a new place
