Disrespectful. My boyfriend and I waited in line forever and never received a hello or even eye contact. We understand the girls had other tasks to do, but this was beyond rude. We finally decided to leave after being blatantly ignored for so long and while walking out we heard a worker speak to the customer who was in line behind us and offer her help. Terrible location. I’m extra sad because I genuinely did want a cake batter shake! Lol.

I just called today to order a cake for my boyfriends birthday. I just want the owners of this store to know that they have one of the most pleasant people working for them! Kelley was so kind over the phone & helped me out in my decisions. She was a gem! You are lucky to have such a spirit working for you! Because of my experience with Kelley I will definitely be frequenting your store! There is nothing better than good customer service during this crazy pandemic! Thanks Kelley! :)

I'll be glad when we can go back in watch what they give us. The last 2 visits my orders were not right. Paid for a 'love it' and got 'like it' ingredients missing etc. Wont be back until I can come in!!

I placed an order Sunday night for pickup, and little did I know the place was CRAZY. This is May 3rd for the record 830pm. Even though they had a TON of orders all of the people working were insanely nice. I especially want to note that because some of the customers didn't understand how busy it was an just weren't nice to them, but you wouldn't know it from the employees. Big smiles and lots of thank yous.nnAbout 90% of the customers weren't wearing masks either so it was even MORE stress for these young ice cream workers to deal with. I just wanted to say I was crazy impressed with how well you handled everything tonight.
