I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything today, was just in the market for a new bed in the near future and wanted to see what was comfortable. Patrick was very welcoming and helpful. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and treated us like people rather than a sale. He had us try out some beds and even after we found the one we wanted, he had us try a few more just to be sure. We ended up buying the Purple 4 and expect to get it delivered in the next few days. I would highly recommend this place.

We went in to just begin our mattress search, with no plans of purchasing immediately. We walked out happy with our decision to buy that day! Our salesperson was Jared H. and he was terrific! Not pushy and he didn't have the typical salesperson shtick, which we truly appreciated. We never felt pressured, in fact it was exactly the opposite. He went through what I would call a mattress fitting, to be sure we were trying/getting what we needed, while always keeping our budget in mind. I would not hesitate to return to this store or refer others. Jared told us he will be moving to the Monroe store soon, so those in that area, stop by and see him, you won't regret it! Thank you again Jared!

Jared H. helped us find our new king size mattress that fit our comfort and our budget perfectly! He worked diligently to get us approved for a 0% finance rate, which we were super happy with as well. I 100% recommend taking time to check out this location, ask for Jared.

After visiting several stores in my search for a bed, Mattress Firm was the one that met and fulfilled everything I wanted. The sales rep was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable when responding to my many questions. I highly recommend Mattress Firm for your next mattress/ bedding purchase. Shannon Rife is the name of the amazing person who helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for to meet the needs of a family member!!

Jared was very helpful and informative in trying to pick out the right mattress type for my needs.nIt was a very quick delivery and showed up within the two hour window, as promised. The delivery crew even brought the mattress into the house, instead of just leaving it on the porch (which is all they were required to do).nnWould definitely recommend.
