It was only one person working g behind the counter. It took forever to check out. I asked to 2 large milkshakes and 2 medium. He gave me 2 medium sized shakes. When he went back to add more, the large cup was not filled up like the others and it was very thin/runny.
Got the ice caramel latte twice now thinking the first time was a fluke. The second time I got it I asked to make sure that there is caramel in it. The employee made it, handed it to me and after tasting it, there was hardly ANY caramel taste. I've had this from several other dunkin doghnuts and it was always good. This place seems to cheap out on it, probably to save a couple pennies
I order ahead on the app. Food is always hot and drinks are always just as I ordered them and delicious. Nothing better than walking right in and right out on the way to work.
