Very very good customer service at drive thru... Keep it up ud83dudc4d
Gave me the wrong order then said I couldn't have what I ordered because I went outside to eat since booths were closed. Sad when you order a strawberry frosted custard doughnut and get a choc covered fudge doughnut.
This is by far one of the best Dunkin Donuts locations I've been to. They are always pleasant, they hustle to get your items and never have an attitude when asking questions. I always choose this one, also because the other one down NB Telegraph only carries jelly sticks and not jelly donuts lol.nnIs the hot food the best, not exactly, but they're hot and decent enough to eat! The service is really the reason I continue to come! Keep up the good work!
I asked for a small mocha because I NEEDED coffee. Instead of saying they didn’t have it, they gave me hot chocolate. HOT CHOCOLATE. I went back through the drive-thru to tell them about the mistake. Instead of getting assistance, I was dismissed.nUnfortunately, I don’t remember anyone’s face, but I’m pretty heated about this.
