Ordered my sons cupcake cake almost 2 weeks ahead of time for the 2nd of December, they called 2 hours before pickup time to tell me they couldn’t make my cake. Nobody else could make anything on such short notice. Thank you for ruining my sons 5th birthday. Very inconsiderate considering she was supposedly out for weeks. All of those employees in the bakery and only one can decorate a cake? Would 100% never buy again nor recommend.

Never will I order a Birthday cake from them again.. Day before my daughters birthday party and they call and say sorry we can't make your cake.. The lady who makes them has been out for awhile now.. Well first how about have more then one Baker and 2 if she has been out for awhile why are you even taking orders we order Dec 5th and they call on the 11th day before it was to be picked up.. We gave you plenty of time, give us the same decency no places would take an order day before they have to have atleast 48hr notice.. I had to rush to Kroger and find a pre made Cake..

My son’s birthday cake was moist and very delicious. I’d go here for a cake every time! Get whipped icing! You won’t regret it :)

The 2 ladies working in this dept. Were absolutely awesome! Very friendly and enthusiastic. I came in with a custom cake design for my 9 yr old sons bday and I must admit it was a bit difficult. They helped me without making me feel like a crazy person. Im only giving 4 stars because I haven't picked up my cake yet lol. But I'm not worried at all. Thanks for helping out a crazy mom! Honestly, the best customer service in a 'big box store' I've ever recieved!
