My wife and I went into this location to trade in our phones for new ones and the gentleman(kid) who helped us was completely clueless telling us that our phones trade in values were over $500 each - then within a few seconds he tells me that my phone trade in is only $180 so we decided to just trade in my wife's phone. several days later we were contacted that the phone trade in was not done properly and that we needed to return to the store and get the phone and deal directly with Verizon so I called directly and now am being told that the plan that I am have to be on a different plan that loses features we use ....... I would NOT advise visiting or using this location
Came in and handed them a quote from a Verizon direct store that was closed due to covid. They told me they could match the quote and had the phone on hand. The manager told me not to worry that all the promos would be applied within one or two billing cycles. Three months later the promo code is not added.I call Verizon only to find out the promo had expired prior to my purchase. Verizon says the store absolutely would have known that when they sent the order in. So basically they lied to my face and told me a promo was valid and I would be getting it knowing full well that it was not valid. Might be a good company but this was underhanded.
This shop is the best! We went in to a few other locations on Friday, trying to upgrade our devices, and the customer service at the other locations was very poor and had very long wait times. This location is amazing! They are so friendly, got to us as soon as we entered and Mike was a superstar at taking care of our needs. Won’t go to any other shop after going to this one. HIGHLY recommend.
I came in stressed out the dm was there because Sierra was busy. But then Sierra came to help me and I was so pleased by how well she did. Thank you for hiring the BEST!
