I get that times are crazy and the reaction to wear "face coverings" is in demand. However, when your employees just unapologetically point to the door and tell you to leave is a great way of telling the customer to not come back at all. It's unfortunate because just a week earlier the staff was fantastic and even earlier this week when I had one question they helped me without gesturing me out (both times no mask, I work outside away from people and not used to them).
Awesome people that work there, they provide over the top service.
Truth be told, I usually dread having to go into a mobile provider store. Last Saturday was no exception. I put it off as long as possible but finally, it needed to be done. I was greeted right away by the store manager, a lively young woman. She came over and asked me what we needed today (I was there with my two teenish kids). We needed new service and possibly one new phone. She was SO knowledgeable about everything in the store. I later found out she is an iPhone user, but she spoke about the androids (my choice), like she built them herself. She was able to find me the best possible deal for my needs, without having to spend a lot of money, and I was overjoyed. We ended up being there a LONG time (over 2 hours because of my old phone having some issues transferring) but we had a GREAT TIME! The store manager and other employee were engaging and fun, and we all got to know each other pretty well. Hands down the best t-mobile experience ever. Go here!!
They tricked us with a bait and switch on a phone trade in and we didn't get our $400 credit like they promised. Try to get things in writing if you can but they will try to avoid it as much as possible.
Stop by today cuz my phone didn't have any network service and they fixed it in a couple of minutes nice polite people
