I usually go here when it's time for an upgrade. Usually I know what phone I want before I even go in, so it's often just a simple matter of doing all the online stuff to make the transfer, which the guys there do in a quick and friendly manner. No complaints about the service. I took one star away only because their accessories (cases, etc) are ridiculously expensive (I never buy them there, I go to Amazon or some other site and get it for at least half) and I think a time or two they didn't have the phone I wanted in the specific color I wanted, so I took a different color.
Robert is the best!! Going on at least 8 years with AT&T and all because of this guy, he always has the answers and always takes the best care of me and my family.
My experience with AT&T this time was an excellent experience...no line to wait in,I think it is due to the Covid19situation, anyway, the help was immediate and it started up by me calling ahead, I'd been by,at least 2 other AT&T stores and they were closed because of business (not enough)
Or the virus stuff that is going around..Anyway I was given instructions on how to get to the store I'd called and so it went from there...He, the employee, knew me from the phone call from there I told him what was necessary and he took care of what I needed...Alton B.Faircloth

AT&T at Quarry Bend is the best Rob is the manager after searching many places that could help us he did great he covered everything we needed to know God is the best possible deal we could get explained it so we can understand it even allowed us to come back on follow ups I would recommend that you go there before you go anywhere else in the valley go there first OK is that good
