I (like many others, as I understand) have had issues with my Macbook Pro 2016 butterfly keys. I brought it in to find that Apple would completely replace the broken parts free of charge. Apparently, since Expercom is an "Apple Premier Partner", they were able to do all repairs for me FREE OF CHARGE....I never paid a cent. I have seen reviews on here stating that the staff was rude....I never experienced that. I was always greeted very courteously and professionally every time over the phone and in-store. My guess is that if you are looking for a bad experience, you will get one. I have found the place that I will be going for all my Apple needs! Thanks, guys. Well done.

I hate to give bad reviews, but I am very frustrated with my experience at Expercom. I dropped my laptop off to be diagnosed due to the screen not working. When I dropped it off, they said the diagnostics test would be 20 minutes and they would call me to tell me what came back. After 3.5 days of waiting, I called them and waited on hold for 30 minutes. When I was able to talk to someone, they gave me a quote for fixing the screen and told me that if I didn’t want to get it fixed that was okay too. I called them a couple days later and waited on hold for over an hour. I asked about getting my data off my computer while the screen was working due to not wanting to fix it and they said they could do that and did not give me a quote. The next day I dropped my hard drive off, but was not greeted when I walked in and had to stand around for 10 minutes before someone told me they would be “right with me”. I then waited another 3 days for them to tell me the backup was done and they had actually just plugged my old screen in and now my computer was working. I’m grateful for their service and when I was finally able to talk to people over the phone they were nice and helpful, but the service was extremely slow and had hidden charges.

I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Expercom I want to share my glowing review! The store was very busy lots of customer on the phone and in store the employees were able to manage the large number of customers while still taking care of each individual. I found the employees to be helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back for sure!

The backend technical expertise is great. They were able to troubleshoot and identify my MBP battery issue and the battery was replaced in a timely manner. However, the customer service in the front of the store needs improvement. I experience bad customer service when dropping off and picking up my MBP. When I entered the store to drop of my MBP, the employee didn't acknowledge me, I had to start the conversation and he responded with "do you have an appointment?" At least say hi or something first. Same experience when picking up my MBP, this time there were 3 employees and no one acknowledge me. The employee who gave me my laptop didn't make sure it was ready for pick up because when I got home it was still doing its post repair diagnostic and crashed my MBP Overall I would bring my mac device here for the technical expertise but the front end customer service needs to improve first.

I am very impressed with them. They are able to give me a good value on my trade-in (two laptops). Prior to this, I did my research and was going to do trade-in with Apple, but googling Apple's trade-in vendor (Phobio) generated unfavorable results, so I decided to look up an alternate place to do trade-in. Expercom came in the picture. I went to their store, and they looked at my devices, gave me a good value for my trade-in (as good as apple's estimated value, actually!) and I decided to go with them. They made the shopping experience easy, and they are very pleasant to work with. Shout out to Jonathan; he's very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended for trading in your Mac.
