Terrible customer service, I could not get the ownership of one line transferred since July4th, multiple system issues, 10 phone calls, including corporate office, 3 trips to this store over one simple transaction and today when I finally had enough and demanded operator ID of the store rep he told me he does not have to provide me this. Then I asked why he didn't return my call as promised I waited all day he had no answer, finally they called mall security to get rid of me, I am a 10 years loyal customer with excellent payment history, this is how I am treated, they dont care about you. The rep named Parker was sarcastically talking making a laugh face, this store needs to be shut down

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Insurance put on a phone twice now after going the same store, you guessed it, twice! Years ago, it was long distance slamming these days it is insurance slamming by the store that is supposed to be helping you. I went in for a new sim card, was told by customer service that it would be $2.99 to ship it to me or free if I went into the store. Customer service directed me to this store where I was told they normally charge but would waive the fee this time. Sprint needs to get their story straight. Of course, I contacted Sprint when I got home, they would not tell me who authorized putting insurance on the phone, but just happened to be there at the time they gave me receipt for buying nothing. If you shop here, read your receipt, normally emailed to you, before leaving the store.
