There warranty process and guidelines is awesome!! Super quick service every time that I go to get a replacement
I got the warranty for the screen protector which means you pay $50 for the first time, and if it breaks you can get it replaced for $8. Within the first month of having it, it easily scratched and cracked. I went back to get it replaced, but apparently you have to bring in the broken screen protecter. The person who put on my first screen protecter never informed us of this.I threw mine away because it was too cracked to even see the screen. They seriously made me pay $50 without even telling me, then told me I had to pay another $50 to get it replaced.
There was a “be back in 15 minutes sign” I waited 20 minutes then decided to leave and come back, arriving 30 minutes later I still sat and waited for help with none showing up. This stand really needs to be shut down... or under new management.
Great product great staff. They stand behind their product and replace it no questions asked.
I'm not impressed. First they gave me the wrong glass even tho I specifically told them what phone my wife had and the dimensions of said phone. Than, as I am returning the glass, the next salesman gave me the wrong glass again. Finally, I asked for alcohol wipes and the sticky tape to clean my screen before I put the glass on. He tells me they don't have either of those items. WHAT? REALLY? That's like going to a burger joint and them telling you they are out of bags for your to-go food. So, of coarse, I now have dirt particles under my glass. Guess ZAGG will be doing an early warranty replacement on my glass. So not impressed with this location at all.
