My wife and I went to this big lots store in Port Huron and the lady working in the furniture department was absolutely no help. They didn't have the couch we wanted in stock and told us we would have to go to another big lots to try and find that same couch. Asked if we could order on line over the phone the lady said that wouldn't be possible we would have to go to another store in person and then after that it would be up to us on how we got it home. We went online ordered the same couch frome Chesterfield and they delivered it the next day. Stay away from the Port Huron big lots.

I bought a brand new couch and a matching love seat. Big mistake BIG MISTAKE! I owned it Less than 3 months before the couch fell COMPLETELY APART.!! My husband passed away very recently and because I don’t know what he did with the receipt I was told I could bring the couch back and they would give me the ripped up floor model! And then I was told in a very stern manner that after I bring it back I could never return ANYTHING EVER AGAIN at Big Lots... I have spent a lot of money in that store and I have never returned anything and to be talked to and treated this way is not only unprofessional but just completely wrong!
Nice store good friendly service but o didn't find what I was looking for
Went there for furniture, they have very nice stuff and SUPER CHEAP PRICES!!! the same stuff at big box store was about 1000 more or higher.
